Cyberpunk webseries X-RL7 & Imperative Reaction team up to release new single "Information" and new episode

Ted Phelps of industrial act Imperative Reaction has made a voice acting appearance in the latest episode of cyberpunk animated webseries X-RL7 as charismatic info-dealer Jak Node. As the title band, X-RL7, have some of their upcoming shows unexpectedly cancelled, band manager Alfie seeks the owner of the venues, Jak, to get to the bottom of everything!

This also see's the release of the collaboration single "Information", written by series creator Mike Evans, featuring Phelps on vocals and additional synths in a dark, beat-driven romp with a soaring chorus. The song is available on all digital outlets now.

The episode also features voice acting cameos from David Dutton (GENCAB), Sasha Travis (AL1CE) and Daniel Graves (Aesthetic Perfection).

The series, created by Mike Evans of UK based electronic rock act MiXE1, chronicles the exploits of the fictional band X-RL7 in a mix of comedy, social commentary and original music featuring appearances from various alternative artists such as Blue Stahli, Aesthetic Perfection, Jimmy Urine (Mindless Self Indulgence), Rob Kersey (Psychostick), Lauren Babic (Red Handed Denial), Glenn Fricker (Spectre Sound Studios), Craig Owens (Chiodos/D.R.U.G.S.) and many more.
